The Yarra Valley Chocolaterie Ice Cream Festival returns this February, bringing 12 days of bold flavours, limited-edition scoops and hands-on tasting experiences to one of the region’s most loved destinations.
Running from 11 to 22 February 2026, the festival celebrates creativity, nostalgia and everything cool and creamy. Visitors are invited to discover new flavour combinations, revisit much-loved classics and enjoy a playful take on dessert throughout the festival period.

The Chocolatiers have let their creativity run wild, crafting a range of ice cream flavours and special concoctions designed exclusively for the festival. From unexpected pairings to indulgent favourites, there’s plenty to scoop your way through. The full list of festival flavours will be announced closer to the event.
Ice Cream Festival tasting sessions
For those wanting a deeper taste experience, Ice Cream Festival Tasting Sessions are available throughout the festival. Guests will sample limited-edition festival scoops and create their own signature chocolate sauce to take home and enjoy.

For a limited time only – Choc Tops
Making a much-anticipated return, the Chocolaterie’s much-loved Choc Tops are back for the festival, but only for a short time. Choose from Mint Choc Chip, Vanilla Bean, Strawberry, Milk Chocolate or Pistachio.

Getting there from Peppers Marysville
The Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery is located in Yarra Glen, approximately 45 minutes by car from Peppers Marysville. The drive takes you through the Yarra Valley and surrounding countryside, making it an easy and scenic day trip for guests staying at the hotel.
